- Our Leadership is sensitive to the diversity of our community and fully recognizes the potential socio-economic barriers to achieving wellness and maintaining long-term positive clinical outcomes for our patients. Therefore, we systematically and carefully address these barriers during your hospital stay to ensure best possible outcomes. Our goal is to ensure that you have access to good quality care within and beyond the inpatient setting.
- Our providers perceive and treat each and every patient as a unique individual with a unique medical history, unique experiences and care needs. They always put patient needs first and strive to never allow budget, regulations or other healthcare system demands affect our commitment to our patients.
- We have a financial assistance policy and honor any financial assistance patients receive from the hospital. We instituted a sliding scale payment policy for billing patients without insurance or those financially unable to issue a one-time payment for medical services. Shore Bayy never denies patients access to care. We admit and treat all patients equally, regardless of their medical coverage or financial capabilities. In addition, we have an office contact number for patients to call to pose questions concerning their post discharge care plan.
