About us
Shore Bayy Hospitalists Associates (Shore Bayy) was founded in January 2017 after two local hospitalist groups merged to provide inpatient services at three healthcare facilities owned by University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UMSRH).

Since January 2017, Shore-Bayy Hospitalists group has significantly contributed to care quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives for Shore Regional Health System.
Our Company specializes in providing inpatient hospital care by contracting with healthcare systems/ facilities in the state of Maryland. The company’s staffing services are comprehensive in nature, usually covering 24-hour days/ 7 days week. In addition to providing comprehensive inpatient clinical coverage, Shore-Bayy Hospitalists actively participate in the healthcare organization’s strategic planning and quality improvement processes and initiatives.
Company focuses on assisting healthcare organizations in improving care outcomes and achieving clinical excellence.
Shore-Bayy Hospitalists provides Hospitalist services to University of Maryland Shore Regional Health System. This includes; UM Shore Medical Center at Easton, UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown and UM Shore Regional Medical Center at Dorchester (2017-2021).
